K-12 Coffee Fundraiser - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the K-12 Coffee Fundraiser, an initiative created by a dedicated PTA dad and operated by K-12 Coffee LLC. Our mission is to empower schools to achieve their fundraising goals while fostering a sense of community. By participating in this fundraiser, you become an integral part of this mission, and we appreciate your support. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they govern your participation in the fundraiser.

2. Fundraising Program

2.1. Product Sales: K-12 Coffee LLC offers a delightful selection of coffee products for sale. Customers can purchase these products directly through our user-friendly online store.

2.2. Pricing: The pricing of each coffee item is clearly stated on our website. While we strive to maintain consistent pricing, please be aware that prices may be subject to change.

2.3. School Earnings: Participating schools will earn $5 for each coffee item sold during the fundraiser, which is a crucial component of this fundraising effort. This financial assistance is essential in aiding schools in achieving their fundraising objectives. The amount of $5 may be altered based on the fundraising goals of each school.

2.4. Payment: Earnings from the fundraiser will be remitted to the participating school at the beginning of the following month, covering orders accounted for during the full preceding month.

2.5. Payment Method via Check

We understand that some schools may prefer to avoid credit card fees. Therefore, we offer the option to receive your earnings via check. Schools may indicate their preference for this payment method, and we will ensure that your earnings are processed accordingly. Please contact us for further details on this payment option.

 

3. Order Placement and Fulfillment

3.1. Order Placement: Placing orders for our delightful coffee products is straightforward. Customers can conveniently order through our secure online platform. Orders are subject to acceptance by K-12 Coffee LLC.

3.2. Shipping: K-12 Coffee LLC is committed to ensuring a smooth ordering experience. We aim to ship coffee items within 5 days of order placement. However, please note that in rare cases where we may need to reorder coffee beans, it could take up to 10 days for your order to be shipped. Shipping is included and estimated delivery times will be communicated clearly during the order process.

 

4. Returns and Refunds

4.1. Product Quality: At K-12 Coffee, we take immense pride in the quality of our coffee products. We understand that exceptional quality is of paramount importance to our customers. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please do not hesitate to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly assist you in arranging for a replacement or refund, ensuring your complete satisfaction.

 

5. Modification of Terms

K-12 Coffee LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. School representatives will be promptly notified of any changes. It is the responsibility of school representatives to inform participants of any such modifications.

 

6. Termination

6.1. School Termination: Participating schools retain the autonomy to terminate their participation in the fundraiser at any time. In such cases, all outstanding earnings will be remitted to the school as agreed upon.

6.2. K-12 Coffee Termination: K-12 Coffee LLC reserves the right to terminate a school's participation in the fundraiser for any reason, including non-compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

7. Liability and Indemnification

7.1. Participant Responsibilities: Participants are responsible for their actions and conduct throughout the fundraiser. K-12 Coffee LLC shall not be held liable for disputes, damages, or issues arising between participants.

7.2. K-12 Coffee LLC's Responsibilities: K-12 Coffee LLC is committed to delivering high-quality products and services. In the event of product defects or issues, our liability is limited to replacement or refund as outlined in Section 4.

 

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Trademark and Copyright: Any trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property associated with our fundraiser or coffee products are protected. Participants must use these assets only in accordance with our guidelines and with prior written consent.
